Where is your dental practice located?

Our office is conveniently located at 5005 Horizons Drive Ste 110, Columbus, OH 43220. We are in the same building as Lifetime Quality Roofing, near the intersection of Horizon Drive and Henderson Road.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

For your first visit, please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of medications you’re currently taking, and any relevant medical or dental records. If you’ve completed new patient forms online, bring those as well.

How often should I visit the dentist?

It’s generally recommended to schedule dental check-ups every six months. However, this may vary depending on your oral health needs. Regular visits help maintain your oral health and allow us to address potential issues early.

Can I schedule appointments for my entire family?

Yes! We welcome patients of all ages and offer convenient scheduling to accommodate families. Let us know how many appointments you’d like to coordinate, and we’ll do our best to make it easy.

What are your office hours, and how can I schedule an appointment?

Our office hours are:

Monday – Tuesday: 8 am – 6 pm

Wednesday – Thursday: 7 am – 4 pm

Friday: 7 am – 1 pm

Do you have payment plans?

We want every patient to get the care they deserve. While we do not offer financing or other payment plans, you can join our Royal Smile Program. This dental membership program helps you maintain your routine dental care for a low annual fee. It also includes a 20% discount for other services! There are no deductibles or waiting periods!
